Description

Lotto unico CIG B0D61963AE importo a base di gara € 404.513,69 al netto IVA, comprensivo degli oneri relativi alla sicurezza (oneri per eliminazione rischi da interferenze) stimati in € 0,00, non soggetti a ribasso (riferito alla sola lavorazione e ad altri materiali per rendere le prestazioni così come previsto nello schema di contratto posto a base di gara. Non è incluso nell’importo posto a base di gara il costo della materia prima). Si precisa che l’importo complessivo stimato dell’appalto pari a € 1.074.802,48, è costituito dalla somma delle seguenti voci: a) dall’importo posto a base di gara, come sopra definito; b) dall’ importo della materia prima pari ad € 84.032,89, il cui valore è stato calcolato prendendo a riferimento la quotazione espressa in euro/kg relativa al 12/03/2024, nelle modalità indicate all’art. 7 dello schema di contratto; c) dall’importo stimato opzionale corrispondente al 20% calcolato sulla somma degli importi di cui alle lettere a) e b) (attivabile nelle modalità previste dall’art. 25, comma 2 bis, dello schema di contratto); d) dall’importo stimato opzionale corrispondente al 100% della somma degli importi di cui alle lettere a) e b) (attivabile nelle modalità previste dall’art. 25, comma 2, dello schema di contratto). La fornitura è costituita da un unico lotto, CIG B7CA74EC50, di importo complessivo stimato pari ad € 21.240.000,00 al netto dell’IVA, così suddiviso: - importo posto a base di gara: € 17.700.000,00 al netto dell’IVA; - importo stimato per variazione fino a concorrenza del quinto dell’importo del contratto: € 3.540.000,00 al netto dell’IVA.
