L’importo del Contratto pari a 22.286.153,08 €, di cui quota non programmata sarà calcolata sulla base del ribasso della base d’asta e non potrà eccedere il limite del 20% dell’importo del contratto . L’offerta dovrà prevedere l’opzione per un importo complessivo pari al 50% dell’importo contrattuale. Pertanto, l’importo massimo dell’impresa è pari a 33.429.229,62 € (22.286.153,08 € + 11.143.076,54 €). Mini Micro UAV acquisizione e sostegno Sistema Aeromobile a Pilotaggio Remoto SAPR ad Ala Fissa di classe Mini con capacità Vertical Take Off and Landing VTOL. il mandato è finalizzato all’acquisizione di - n. 50 Sistemi Aeromobili a Pilotaggio Remoto (SAPR) di classe Mini ad Ala Fissa VTOL, ciascuno comprensivo di: • n. 2 aeromobile ognuno con relativo multisensore: Elettro-ottico/Infra-Rosso/Laser Illuminator/Laser Range-Finder; • n. 1 segmento di terra completo (composto da n.2 stazioni di comando e controllo (Ground Control Station - GCS) con simulatore embedded, apparato di comunicazione per il controllo dell’aeromobile e per la ricezione/trasmissione dei dati e delle immagini, apparati di interconnessione e alimentazione, Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE); • prevedere la fornitura di un terminale radio completo aggiuntivo (per ciascun sistema) in modo da consentire l’integrazione all’interno della rete tattica dell’Esercito Italiano; - attrezzature/dispositivi per l’effettuazione di tutte le attività previste dai piani manutentivi di LINE (sul campo) e BASE MAINTENANCE (laboratorio); - - zaini per il trasporto tattico del sistema e casse (tipo “peli case”) per il trasporto operativo/strategico; - Parti di Ricambio (PdR) atte a garantire lo svolgimento di 100 ore di volo a sistema l’anno per tre anni; - Sensori aggiuntivi per acquisizione: multibanda, aerofotogrammetrica 3D, Laser Image Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), IR termografica con sensore IR, data relay in UHF; - Manualistica d’uso e di manutenzione; - - assistenza tecnica on-site su chiamata, per attività di manutenzione programmate e correttive sul territorio nazionale per 18 mesi; - - assistenza ingegneristica finalizzata ad assicurare la sicurezza del volo ai sensi della normativa aeronautica vigente per 18 mesi; - - assistenza tecnica offline; - - corsi di formazione per istruttori operatori, istruttori tecnici manutentori e per operatori e tecnici manutentori; - attività di Certificazione di Tipo del sistema SAPR secondo quanto previsto dalla AER(EP).P22; - - verifica del Sistema tramite prove di accertamento della vulnerabilità cyber.
