The initial closing date to establish the panel is Thursday June 4th 2026 at 12 Noon (Irish Standard Time). Once established, new Tenderers will be able to apply for appointment to the Panel Arrangement over the lifetime of the DPS. This is a NEW Dynamic Panel for KCETB. All existing panel members MUST re-apply if they wish to be considered for inclusion on this new panel.
