The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Ireland is procuring an independent Air Emissions Monitoring Programme for the period 2027 to 2029. Licensed operators self-monitor their air emissions and report results to the Office of Environmental Enforcement (OEE), which carries out an annual programme of independent monitoring to check the reliability of this self-monitoring and provide public confidence. The contract covers air emission compliance monitoring at selected EPA licensed sites. The buyer is the EPA in Ireland. The procedure is a competitive tender.
