Description

The Contracting Authority is looking to award a contract to a single supplier to operate a concessionary catering service. It is anticipated that approximately 450 students and 20 staff will avail of this service, but there is no guarantee as to the numbers who will use the facility. The canteen can only accommodate seating for 200 people but the school has staggered lunch times (x2).
