Description

Tender for Architect-Led Integrated Design Team. Lead consultant and multidisciplinary design team services for the residential redevelopment, refurbishment and adaptation of 9 No. Georgian Buildings and an optional inclusion of a limited restoration/remediation scope for Quins Bar at 9 Ellen Street at the Opera Square Development in Limerick City. The AIDT shall comprise; - Architecture including Conservation Architect, Assigned Certifier, PSDP and any other associated specialist design services required by the Scope of Services as per Schedule B - Civil and Structural Engineering - Mechanical/ Plant Engineering, - Electrical Engineering - Fire / DAC Consultancy Services The procurement is for a single coordinated AIDT Tender. Following award, LTT will enter into individual appointments under the Standard Conditions of Engagement (COE 1) and associated schedules with each of the core Principal Service Providers comprising the AIDT. The Architect shall act as AIDT Lead / Team Leader and lead designer. A Quantity Surveyor and Planning Consultant (if required) will be appointed separately by LTT and do not form part of the AIDT.
