Pobal operates a multi-lot framework arrangement for the supply, installation and monitoring of telecare equipment under the Seniors Alert Scheme. The original procurement was run through an EU-wide competition and established a framework for telecare equipment and monitoring services. A modification to the duration and value of the current arrangement has been made. The winners are Trident Associated Securities Kommunications Limited (Task Ltd) and Care Direct 24-7 Ltd. The awarded value is EUR 3,850,000 against an estimated value of EUR 20,400,000.
