Vadovaujantis Pasiūlymo Bendrųjų pirkimo sąlygų 8.9.4 p. Pasiūlyme nurodyta kaina ar sąnaudos buvo per didelės ir Pirkėjui nepriimtinos ir atsižvelgiant į tai, kad UAB „Corpus Pro“, MB „Pastatų sistemos“ ir UAB „Santjana“ Galutiniame pasiūlyme nurodyta kaina yra per didelė ir nepriimtina, atmesti šių Tiekėjų pasiūlymus ir vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos pirkimų, atliekamų vandentvarkos, energetikos, transporto ar pašto paslaugų srities perkančiųjų subjektų, įstatymo 41 str. 2 d. 2 p. nuostatomis, Pirkimą laikyti pasibaigusiu.
