Предметът на поръчката включва изпълнение на следните дейности: Дейност I - Разработване и съгласуване на инвестиционен проект във фаза „технически проект“ съгласно ЗУТ, Наредба № 4 от 2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти и друга свързана подзаконова нормативна уредба по приложимите проектни части. Техническият проект следва да е окомплектован с необходимите изчисления, схеми, текстови и графичен/чертожен материал, обяснителни записки, съобразно изискванията на Наредба № 4/21.05.2001 г., за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти. Проектите следва да бъдат придружени с подробни количество-стойности сметки по приложимите части. Дейност II - Изпълнение на СМР по реализиране на строителството на обекта, съгласно изготвените от Изпълнителя и съгласувани и одобрени по съответния ред инвестиционен проект, количества и видове СМР и всички дейности, отразени в техническата спецификация; Предложението за изпълнение на поръчката и Ценовото предложение. Дейност III - Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на СМР на обекта - Изпълнителят упражнява авторски надзор по време на строителството чрез съответните проектанти - физически лица, имащи право да извършват авторски надзор по съответните части на проекта, съгласно чл. 162, ал. 2 от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и подзаконовите му. Дейностите предмет на поръчката ще се изпълнят по отношение на следните подобекти: Подобект 1: Основен ремонт на улица в с. Бусинци от ОТ4-ОТ70-ОТ71-ОТ72-ОТ73 с дължина 338 метра. Подобект 2: Основен ремонт на улица в с. Бусинци от ОТ120-ОТ121-ОТ58 с дължина 105.94 метра. Категория на строежа: IV-та категория.
