The expenditure, work or effort undertaken by bidders to the award of any contract is accordingly a matter solely for the judgement of bidders. Late tendered will not be considered by the council and all questions relating to this contract Notice are to be submitted via Questions & Answers section of this contract advertisement on PCS.
