Замовник відхиляє пропозицію постачальника в разі якщо країною-походження є російська федерація/ республіка білорусь / ісламська республіка іран. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до постанови КМУ від 29.03.2002р. №426 "Про норми харчування військовослужбовців Збройних сил, інших військових формувань та Державної служби спеціального зв'язку та захисту інформації, поліцейських, осіб рядового, начальницького складу органів і підрозділів цивільного захісту" (із змінами і доповненнями).
