Thüringer Sonderabfalldeponie Gesellschaft mbH (TSD) seeks engineering and expert services to calculate the slope stability of the former Lauscha landfill and to derive a hazard assessment. The scope covers five parts: I, establishing the data basis, deficit analysis and an investigation programme; II, preparing tender documents for technical investigations; III, preparing, coordinating, supervising and documenting technical investigations and the construction of monitoring equipment for position changes; IV, short-term monitoring using inclinometers, extensometers and piezometers, and checks on leachate seepage; V, a geotechnical report with a final hazard assessment and proposals for slope remediation. Parts I, IV and V must each conclude with an expert report.
