Samningurinn tekur til kaupa Ísafjarðarbæjar á einum nýjum PRINOTH LEITWOLF LT snjótroðara fyrir skíðasvæði sveitarfélagsins. Kaupin taka jafnframt til afhendingar tækisins, tilskilins búnaðar og fylgihluta, ábyrgðar samkvæmt samningi og kennslu í notkun og viðhaldi þess. Innkaupin voru upphaflega auglýst í almennu útboði nr. 20264. Þar sem ekkert fullnægjandi tilboð barst var í kjölfarið gengið til samningskaupa án undangenginnar útboðsauglýsingar á grundvelli a-liðar 1. mgr. 39. gr. laga nr. 120/2016 um opinber innkaup.
