Постачальник протягом одного робочого дня з дня отримання рознарядки (заявки) покупця на поставку партії товару поставляє покупцю партію товару відповідно до наданої покупцем рознарядки (заявки). Постачання товару здійснюється протягом вересня- грудня 2026 року 1 раз на тиждень з 8:00 год. до 12:00 год. відповідно до заявки об’єктів Замовника з можливістю внесення коригування за потребою. Товар постачається транспортом постачальника та за рахунок постачальника.. При прийомі продуктів харчування постачальник надає документи, які засвідчують якість та безпеку продукції. Товар повинен бути розфасований відповідно до кожної заявки. Доставка товару здійснюється за адресами закладів освіти відділу освіти Чернівецької селищної ради згідно додатка 2 договору. Оплата проводиться після пред’явлення Постачальником видаткової накладної на товар, відповідних сертифікатів якості, протягом тридцяти календарних днів. Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Покупцю, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення цього Договору не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
