Description

Predmet nabave je uklanjanje nepropisno odloženog otpada u rasutom stanju na lokaciji (nasip od uskladištenog „plastičnog otpada“) te njegovo zbrinjavanje (konačni postupci zbrinjavanja) i/ili oporaba (konačni postupci oporabe) sukladno Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom („Narodne novine“ broj 84/21, 142/23) i podzakonskim propisima, što podrazumijeva utovar, prijevoz i zbrinjavanje i/ili oporaba otpada. Ponuđeni predmet nabave mora omogućiti utovar u vozila (zatvoreno za rasipanje otpada), vaganje na najbližoj lokaciji, prijevoz do lokacije gospodarenja otpadom, te zbrinjavanje i/ili oporabu u ukupnoj procijenjenoj količini od 3.500,00 tona, na primjeran i adekvatan način, a u skladu sa Zakonom o gospodarenju otpadom, uvjetima i zahtjevima iz Dokumentacije o nabavi te planiranim rokovima.
