Predmet ove javne nabave pruža usluge prijevoza, predobrade, obrade i ekološki prihvatljivog zbrinjavanja ambalažne plastike (KB 15 01 02) s lokacije odlagališta komunalnog otpada Cere u predviđenoj količini od 1.200 tona. Odabrani ponuditelj dužan je vlastitim vozilima i mehanizacijom osigurati redovit odvoz otpada najmanje 4 puta tjedno (minimalno 25 tona tjedno) uz ugovoreni odaziv unutar 48 sati po pozivu naručitelja. Ugovor se sklapa na razdoblje od 12 mjeseci, a izvođenje usluga započinje odmah po njegovu obostranom potpisivanju u skladu sa Zakonom o održivom gospodarenju otpadom.
