Description

Predmet nabave je nabava vozila za prikupljanje i prijevoz komunalnog otpada s nadogradnjom putem financijskog leasinga na 84 mjeseca. Isporučeno vozilo mora udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Vozilo mora biti isporučeno s potvrdom o izvršenoj homologaciji, potvrdom o ispitivanju vozila te uključenim svim ostalim zavisnim troškovima do registracije i isporuke vozila. Vozilo se nabavlja putem financijskog leasinga na rok od 84 mjeseca s učešćem od 0%, sukladno odredbama Zakona o leasingu (»Narodne novine«, broj 141/13). U nabavnu vrijednost predmeta leasinga moraju biti uračunati svi troškovi do registracije (kupovna cijena, troškovi prijevoza i osiguranja u prijevozu do adrese naručitelja, carina, homologacija, atesti, popusti i pogodnosti). Ukupnu cijenu ponude čini učešće koje iznosi 0 % od vrijednosti predmeta nabave s PDV-om (u troškovniku se naznačuje nula), ukupni iznos 84 mjesečne rate, a što čini 83 mjesečne leasing rate + otkupnu vrijednost objekta leasinga pri redovnom isteku ugovora koja će u otplatnom planu biti evidentirana kao 84-a mjesečna otplatna rata. Iznos otkupne rate mora biti isti kao mjesečne leasing rate. Troškovi osiguranja od autoodgovornosti, registracije i kasko osiguranja nisu uključeni u cijenu ponude.
