Predmet javne nabave je nabava vozila za potrebe Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. - Nabava vozila za sanitetski prijevoz (tip „A“), 8 komada, s ugrađenom medicinskom opremom sukladno Tehničkoj specifikaciji predmeta nabave. Napomena! VAŽNO!!! -Ponuditelj je obvezan naručitelju ponuditi isključivo nova i nekorištena vozila, proizvedena 2026. godine ili da nisu starija od jedne godine računajući od dana pokretanja ovog postupka javne nabave. -Predmet nabave mora biti sukladan normi HRN EN 1789:2024 (Tip A) odnosno slijednici navedene norme ili jednakovrijednoj normi. -Ponuditelj je dužan priložiti uz vozila svu dokumentaciju koja je potrebna za postupak registriranja vozila. Dokumentacija se predaje prilikom potpisivanja primopredajnog zapisnika na adresi Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Odabrani ponuditelj je obvezan naručitelju omogućiti kontinuirani uvidu u napredak izrade i medicinske nadogradnje sanitetskih vozila po ključnim fazama proizvodnje. Način provođenja uvida ovisi o lokaciji na kojoj se provodi izrada i nadogradnja: Ako se mjesto izrade i nadogradnje nalazi na području Republike Hrvatske: Ugovaratelj je dužan naručitelju omogućiti fizički posjet i pregled radova na samoj lokaciji proizvodnje (terenska kontrola). Ugovaratelj se obvezan pismenim putem elektroničke pošte (e-mail) najkasnije u roku od tri (3) radna dana prije planiranog završetka te faze, kako bi naručitelj mogao organizirati dolazak i obaviti pregled na lokaciji prije prelaska u iduću fazu. Ako se mjesto izrade i nadogradnje nalazi izvan područja Republike Hrvatske (u inozemstvu): Ugovaratelj se obvezuje dostaviti naručitelju detaljan izvještaj o napretku pismenim putem elektroničke pošte (e-mail) obavijestiti naručitelja o završetku pojedine faze najkasnije u roku od tri (3) radna dana od završetka svake od navedenih faza. Svaki izvještaj mora sadržavati najmanje pet (5) jasnih fotografija visoke rezolucije iz kojih je nedvojbeno vidljiv napredak i sukladnost radova s tehničkim specifikacijama iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ključne faze proizvodnje za koje se provodi provjera (fizički pregled ili izvještaj s fotografijama) su: Faza I. - instalacije i nosači prije zatvaranja oplatom Faza II. - nakon bojanja i izrade poda te postavljanja oplate; raspored u bolesničkom prostoru (nosači opreme, ormarići, nosila, sjedalica…). Ako naručitelj prilikom fizičkog pregleda ili na temelju zaprimljenih fotografija utvrdi odstupanje od Tehničkih specifikacija, Ugovaratelj je dužan o svom trošku otkloniti nedostatke u roku od pet (5) radnih dana te omogućiti ponovni pregled, odnosno dostaviti nove dokaze (fotografije) o ispravku. Rok isporuke vozila je bitan sastojak Ugovora o nabavi. Vozila moraju biti u cijelosti isporučena najkasnije do 15. ožujka 2027. godine. Prilikom isporuke vozila naručitelj i odabrani ponuditelj sastaviti će Primopredajni zapisnik.
