Predmet nabave je projektiranje sustava sigurnosno-tehničke zaštite za lokacije i objekte Zagrebačkog holdinga, a to su poslovno uredski prostori, prodavaonice, skladišni prostori, reciklažna dvorišta, odlagalište otpada, tržnice, rasadnici, ispostave s uredsko skladišnim prostorijama, javne garaže, parkinzi, groblja, komunikacijska središta, objekti hotelsko ugostiteljsko turističke namjene. Objekti se nalaze na području Grada Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije, te na morskim destinacijama Savudrija, Crikvenica, Veli Lošinj, Punat i Duga Uvala. Neki objekti obuhvaćeni projektiranjem (npr. groblja) kategorizirani su kao zaštićeno kulturno dobro. Za lokacije i objekte koji imaju status zaštićenog kulturnog dobra ili se nalaze unutar zaštićene kulturno-povijesne cjeline, odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je izraditi projektnu dokumentaciju u skladu s posebnim uvjetima zaštite i očuvanju kulturnih dobara te drugim uvjetima nadležnog tijela, uključujući ishođenje potrebnih suglasnosti kada je to primjenjivo. Usluga projektiranja odnosi se na projektiranje sustava videonadzora, sustava protuprovale i protuprepada, sustava kontrole pristupa i evidencije radnog vremena ovisno o potrebama za određene lokacije i objekte sukladno projektnom zadatku. Za svaku pojedinačnu nabavu naručitelj će izraditi i dostaviti projektni zadatak kojim će se definirati potrebni sustavi, opseg usluge i tehnički uvjeti za projektiranje za konkretnu lokaciju odnosno objekt.
