Description

Predmet nabave su usluge: - teglja plutajućeg objekta RK PLO 39 - Galeb do brodogradilišta, - popravka štete nastale uslijed udara broda „Deniz Akay“ u pramac plutajućeg objekta RK PLO 39 Galeb dana 13. veljače 2026. godine i - čišćenje podvodnog dijela plutajućeg objekta u suhom doku te pregled uz mjerenje debljina lima oplate. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave, odnosno vrsta i opseg usluga i tehničke specifikacije definirani su PRILOGOM 2. Troškovnik, koji je sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno podacima u navedenom prilogu, kao i svim ostalim uvjetima navedenima u Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Brod Galeb je pokretno kulturno dobro upisano u Registar kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske pod brojem Z 2982, Rješenjem KLASE: UP/I-612-08/06-06/0202; URBROJ: 532-04-01-1/4-06-2 od 30. listopada 2006. i Dopunom Rješenja KLASE: UP/I-612-08/06-06/0202; URBROJ: 532-04-01-01/4-10-71 od 08. veljače 2010. godine. Nad obnovom i preinakom broda Galeb vrši se: - stručni nadzor od strane Ministarstva kulture, Uprave za zaštitu kulturne baštine, nadležnog Konzervatorskog odjela, - stručni i financijski nadzor od strane nadzornika gradnje imenovanog od strane Naručitelja te - tehnički nadzor, pregled i certifikacija broda od strane Hrvatskog registra brodova - nadalje HRB ili druge priznate organizacije koju kao jednakovrijednu mora prihvatiti HRB.
