Otvoreni postupak javna nabave se provodi radi nabave održavanja tehničkih sustava i opreme podatkovnih centara Srca a sve u skladu s dokumentacijom o nabavi i njenih priloga. Otvoreni postupak javna nabave se provodi radi nabave održavanja tehničkih sustava i opreme podatkovnih centara Srca. Usluge obuhvaćaju preventivno održavanje tehničkih sustava i opreme podatkovnih centara Srca. Usluge obuhvaćaju i korektivno održavanja sustava besprekidnog napajanja (eng. UPS) te stavljanje na raspolaganje i pripravnost ovlaštenih djelatnika ponuditelja (uklopničar) za podatkovni centar HR-ZOO ZG2. U cijenu održavanja potrebno je uključiti sav potreban potrošni materijal i sitne dijelove, te eventualno potrebne dopune raznih tekućina i plinova koji se koriste u sustavima. S obzirom na važnost tehničkih sustava i opreme podatkovnih centara Sveučilišnog računskog centra (Srce) kao važnog segmenta digitalne infrastrukture i usluga namijenjenih akademskoj i znanstvenoj zajednici Republike Hrvatske potrebno je zamijeniti sve potrošne dijelove prema preporukama proizvođača opreme. Svi materijali koji se ugrađuju ne smiju narušiti jamstvo tehničkih sustava. Redovna i korektivna održavanja (servise) sustava i opreme moraju obavljati isključivo ovlaštene osobe prema servisnom planu proizvođača opreme. Popis proizvođača opreme i modeli opreme nalaze se u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Predmet nabave detaljno je opisan u tehničkoj specifikaciji (opisu poslova) koja se nalazi u PRILOGU 1. Tehnička specifikacija - Održavanje tehničkih sustava i opreme podatkovnih centara Srca, Dokumentacije o nabavi i čini njezin sastavni dio.
