Predmet nabave su usluge remonta brodova flote Jadrolinije, prema priloženom Popisu brodova flote Jadrolinije sa osnovnim podacima (Prilog 1. - posebno objavljen u EOJN-e). Popis brodova podložan je promjenama (u slučaju da Naručitelj tijekom trajanja dinamičkog sustava nabavi nove brodove ili rashoduje stare brodove). Svaki pojedini brod je zasebna kategorija te će Naručitelj istodobno, putem EOJN-a, pozvati sve odabrane natjecatelje koji imaju pristup kategoriji (pojedinom brodu) koja odgovara dotičnoj zasebnoj nabavi da dostave ponudu za svaku zasebnu nabavu u okviru dinamičkog sustava nabave, temeljem članka 161. ZJN 2016.
