Predmet ovog postupka nabave su usluge vođenja i održavanja uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda: UPOV Poreč jug Tehnologija: membranski bio-reaktor Kapacitet: 48.000 ekvivalent stanovnika U nadležnosti Naručitelja, kao isporučitelja javne odvodnje, su sljedeći uređaji za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda većeg kapaciteta obrade i postrojenja za obradu mulja: UPOV Lanterna, k.č. 141 k.o. Vabriga UPOV Poreč sjever, k.č. 1399/3 k.o. Poreč UPOV Poreč jug, k.č. 424/2 k.o. Mugeba UPOV Vrsar, k.č. 1841/1 k.o. Vrsar Kompostana Košambra, k.č. 4862/2, k.o. Poreč Angažman izvršitelja traži se prvenstveno na uređaju za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda Poreč jug uz mogućnost angažmana na ostalim uređajima. U slučaju preuzimanja angažmana i na drugim uređajima, Voditelj uređaja biti će odgovoran za kvalitetu efluenta i na tim uređajima za ono vrijeme dok pruža uslugu vođenja uređaja. Početak i kraj pružanja usluge te samim tim odgovornosti za kvalitetu efluenta, utvrđivat će se zapisnički.
