Description

Predmet nabave je usluga održavanja sustava ITMS. Cilj nabave je osigurati pravilan rad svakog pojedinog modula aplikativnog sustava ITMS na trenutnoj razini funkcionalnosti ostvarenoj na dan početka primjene ugovora o javnoj nabavi te eliminirati eventualne pogreške kroz preventivno i interventno održavanje i ukoliko je potrebno razviti nove funkcionalnosti kroz proaktivno održavanje kako bi sustav radio u skladu s zahtjevima Naručitelja kojima je temelj zakonodavni okvir, sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji iz Priloga ove Dokumentacije. Stvarna nabavljena količina na temelju sklopljenog ugovora o javnoj nabavi može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine, a ovisit će o stvarnoj potrebi Naručitelja tijekom važenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi usluge. Okvirna količina predmeta nabave sukladna je Prilogu - Troškovnik koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije.
