Description

Unapređenjem trenutnog nivoa usluge kojeg pružamo korisnicima, postavljaju pred IT infrastrukturu nove zahtjeve. U nastojanju da povećamo nivo kvalitete usluge i održimo korak s modernim tehnologijama, želimo omogućiti korisnicima daljnje korištenje platforme na kojoj će se isporučivati usluge Naručitelja. Kako taj dio infrastrukture pokriva sve više sustava od značaja za rad korisnika Naručitelja, potrebno je osigurati primjerenu podršku sustavu kroz redovito održavanje od strane Naručitelja i proizvođača preko ovlaštenih lokalnih partnera. Potrebno je osigurati i određenu količinu čovjek sati certificiranih djelatnika ovlaštenog partnera za slučaj potrebe rješavanja izazova u radu za koje interni djelatnici nemaju odgovarajuće iskustvo. Detaljni opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u Prilogu 1. „Opis predmeta nabave“, i količinama iskazanim u Prilogu 2. Troškovniku.
