Elektronički oglasnik javne nabave Republike Hrvatske (EOJN RH) je nacionalni informacijski sustav za elektroničku javnu nabavu namijenjen naručiteljima, ponuditeljima i drugim zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima za provedbu i sudjelovanje u postupcima javne nabave u skladu s važećim propisima Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije, a s ciljem sklapanja ugovora ili okvirnih sporazuma o javnoj nabavi roba, radova ili usluga, provedbe projektnih natječaja te dodjele koncesija. EOJN RH je usluga koja elektroničkim sredstvima komunikacije osigurava transparentnost i javnost postupaka javne nabave sukladno Zakonu o javnoj nabavi (NN br. 120/16, 114/22), Zakonu o koncesijama (NN br. 69/17, 107/20) i Zakonu o obnovi zgrada oštećenih potresom na području Grada Zagreba, Krapinsko-zagorske županije, Zagrebačke županije, Sisačko-moslavačke županije i Karlovačke županije (NN br. 021/2023). Portal EOJN RH je dostupan na: https://eojn.hr. Predmet nabave uključuje: - usluge održavanja EOJN RH, - usluge nadogradnji i poboljšanja postojećih komponenti EOJN RH, - usluge razvoja i implementacije novih komponenti EOJN RH, - podrška za "stari" EOJN RH (https://eojn.nn.hr).
