Usluge nadogradnje i održavanja operativnog software sustava HAMAG BICRO-a. Predmet nabave čine: a) Preventivno održavanje svih programskih rješenja i modula kako je navedeno u specifikaciji postojećeg stanja (korisnička pomoć i održavanje u trajanju od 12 mjeseci). b) Adaptivno održavanje koja će se koristiti prema potrebama i zahtjevima naručitelja.
