Informacijski sustav HZZO-a koristi financijsku aplikaciju Argosy (u daljnjem tekstu: SUSTAV) koja pokriva financijske i knjigovodstvene procese poslovanja HZZO-a. Poslovna aplikacija mora pratiti promjene i unapređenja organizacije rada, promjene u okruženju (zakoni, propisi, pravila struke) kao i unapređenja u informatičkoj struci te migracije na nove platforme operativnog sustava. Predmet ove nabave je usluga korektivnog i adaptivnog održavanja poslovnog sustava Argosy.
