Description

Predmet nabave su usluge održavanja sustava tehničke zaštite što podrazumijeva održavanje i nadogradnju sustava videonadzora i protuprovalno-protuprepadnih sustava s kontrolom pristupa instaliranih u poštanskim uredima i drugim objektima Naručitelja, te isporuku rezervnih dijelova i opreme (dalje u tekstu: održavanje sustava tehničke zaštite) sukladno opisu, opsegu i količinama određenim u Opisu predmeta nabave, Minimalnim tehničkim karakteristikama opreme, Troškovniku i Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Održavanje sustava tehničke zaštite obuhvaća pružanje usluga kako slijedi: - redovno održavanje, - izvanredno održavanje, - izrada dokumentacije projekta izvedenog stanja sustava tehničke zaštite. Isporučeni i montirani (ugrađeni) rezervni dijelovi i oprema moraju biti novi i nekorišteni, te udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Naručitelj je sukladno Zakonu o privatnoj zaštiti (NN 16/20, 114/22), Zakonu o zaštiti novčarskih institucija (NN 56/15, 46/21, 114/22), te ostalim pozitivnim propisima i priznatim pravilima struke, obvezan održavati sustave tehničke zaštite u poštanskim uredima i drugim objektima Naručitelja u ispravnom stanju. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan izvršiti usluge koje su predmet nabave uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima i priznatim pravilima struke, te u skladu sa zakonskim i podzakonskim aktima koji uređuju djelatnost obuhvaćenu ovim postupkom nabave.
