Description

Ulje za loženje ekstra lako Pojedinačni ugovori/pojedinačne narudžbenice dodjeljivat će se sukladno Okvirnom sporazumu, odabranoj ponudi i osiguranim sredstvima. Okvirni sporazum ne obvezuje na dodjelu pojedinačnih ugovora/ pojedinačnih narudžbenica. Gospodarski subjekt je dužan ponuditi cjelokupnu traženu količinu robe. Ponude samo za dio tražene količine neće se razmatrati. Sklapa se okvirni sporazum s više (3) gospodarskih subjekata na razdoblje do 4 godine za nabavu ulja za loženje ekstra lako sukladno troškovniku i dokumentaciji o nabavi. Naručitelj je u troškovniku odredio predviđene količine. Stvarno nabavljena količina robe može biti veća ili manja od predviđene količine. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi i isporučiti predmetnu robu na način da ista odgovara svim dokumentaciji o nabavi i troškovniku.
