Kupnja sladoleda za ugostiteljstvo i trgovinu, po grupama sukladno specifikacijama iz Troškovnika koji su sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Kupnja sladoleda za ugostiteljstvo, a sve prema specifikaciji iz troškovnika koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Kakvoća proizvoda mora biti u skladu s važećim Zakonom o hrani, Zakonom o higijeni hrane i mikrobiološkim kriterijima za hranu i Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača. Ponuditelj je dužan pridržavati se i svih ostalih zakonskih i podzakonskih propisa koji nisu posebno istaknuti, a odnose se na ovaj predmet nabave. Roba mora biti zapakirana na način da se može utvrditi naziv i proizvođač te na način koji omogućuje siguran transport i manipulaciju. Rok trajanja robe koja se dostavlja, a koja je predmet nabave, u trenutku dostave/ isporuke ne smije biti pri isteku, odnosno ukoliko je rok manji od ukupno 2/3 predviđenog ukupnog vremena trajanja, takva roba će se vratiti ponuditelju koji ju je dužan zamijeniti sa robom dužeg roka trajanja.
