Kupnja ukapljenog naftnog plina u bocama (propan-butan) i za spremnike (propan i propan - butan) sukladno specifikacijama iz Troškovnika koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi te dostava na lokaciju. Odabrani ponuditelj se obvezuje isporučivati predmet nabave sukladno Zakonu o zapaljivim tekućinama i plinovima (NN 108/95, 56/10, 114/22). Prijevoz zapaljivih tekućina i plinova obavlja se sukladno propisima o prijevozu opasnih tvari. Punjenje spremnika UNP PB obavlja se na mjestu postavljanog spremnika iz dostavnog vozila (autocisterne) ponuditelja koje mora biti ispravno i tehnički opremljeno za namjenu pretakanja UNP PB-a, o čemu vozač mora posjedovati dokumentaciju pri svakom punjenju sukladno Pravilniku o ukapljenom naftnom plinu (NN 117/2007). Kontrolu uvjeta sigurnosti iz Pravilnika o ukapljenom naftnom plinu (NN 117/2007) pri punjenju spremnika UNP-a obavljaju osposobljeni djelatnici Odabranog ponuditelja koji neposredno priključuju i rastavljaju spojne uređaje i koji moraju biti stalno nazočni punjenju. Na odgovornost ugovornih strana za isporuke roba koje su predmet ovog postupka nabave se na odgovarajući način primjenjuju odredbe važećeg Zakona o obveznim odnosima
