Description

Predmet nabave su lijekovi, sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama, navedenim u Troškovniku i prema ovoj dokumentacijom o nabavi. Predmet nabave se isporučuje sukcesivno, prema zahtjevu za isporuku Naručitelja i dostavlja na mjesta isporuke u roku koji ne može biti duži od 5 kalendarskih dana od dana slanja zahtjeva za isporuku (sukladno ponudi Ponuditelja). U krajnjem roku izvršenja moraju biti izvršene sve ugovorne obveze Ugovaratelja. Roba se smatra isporučenom a Ugovorna obveza izvršena trenutkom predaje robe i uređene popratne dokumentacije nabave Naručitelju. Početak isporuke je određen Ugovorom o javnoj nabavi. Istek postojećih Ugovora: 21.5.2026.godine. Rok izvršenja: 22.5.2026 do sklapanja Ugovora zajedničke nabave predmetne robe a najkasnije do 7.9.2026. godine. Količina predmeta nabave je okvirna, utvrđena Troškovnikom, po procijenjenim količinama te će se nabavljati sukcesivno, prema dinamici utvrđenoj zahtjevima za isporuku Naručitelja. Naručitelj će kupovati robu prema svojim stvarnim potrebama te nije obvezan kupiti cjelokupnu okvirnu količinu navedenu u Troškovniku. Stvarno nabavljena količina predmeta nabave, na temelju sklopljenog Ugovora, može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine, sukladno Naručiteljevim potrebama i osiguranim financijskim sredstvima.
