Predmet nabave je Izvođenje radova rekonstrukcije postojeće građevine u Dječji vrtić Sokol sukladno troškovniku, projektu i prijedlogu ugovora koji su sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi i koje nije dopušteno mijenjati. Napomena: Predmet nabave je sufinanciran iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti Republike Hrvatske 2021. - 2026. (NN 78/21) temeljem Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava za projekte koji se financiraju iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost u financijskom razdoblju 2021.-2026, referentni broj Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava: NPOO.C3.1.R1-I1.02.0088 U navedenu cijenu uključeni su i svi troškovi rada, materijala, rada strojeva, transporta, troškovi prekomjernog korištenje prometnica, naknade za korištenje javnih i ostalih površina, pristojbe, porezi, plaće, režijski troškovi, osiguranje, ispitivanje i dokazivanje kvalitete, pripremni radovi, korištenje zemljišta za organizaciju gradilišta, privremeni priključci građevine na komunalnu infrastrukturu i izvedba privremenih priključaka, pomoćni poslovi, troškovi zbrinjavanja otpada i svi drugi izdaci Izvođača za dovršenje radova i otklanjanje nedostataka do potpune funkcionalnosti građevine i primopredaje izgrađene građevine Naručitelju na uporabu. Cijena obuhvaća i vrijednost svih zamjenskih radova, svih nepredviđenih radova i svih viškova radova potrebnih da Građevina bude dovršena po principu „Ključ u ruke”. Cijena radova neće se mijenjati u slučaju povećanja cijene elemenata na temelju kojih je cijena određena.
