Predmet nabave su radovi na rekonstrukciji dvorca Stubički Golubovec - "ZEZ centar Zagorje". Radovi su podijeljeni u dvije grupe od kojih se radovi na Grupi 1. odnose na cjelovitu i energetsku obnovu dvorca Stubički Golubovec, a na Grupi 2. na dogradnju dvorca Stubički Golubovec i pristupnog prostora. Predmet nabave je detaljno opisan u projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji i troškovnicima koji se objavljuju zajedno s ovom Dokumentacijom o nabavi. Predmet nabave Grupe 1. su radovi na cjelovitoj i energetskoj obnovi dvorca Stubički Golubovec detaljno opisani u projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji i troškovniku koji se objavljuju zajedno s ovom Dokumentacijom.
