Description

Predmet nabave je energetska obnova zgrade Javne vatrogasne postrojbe grada Slavonskog Broda, sukladno troškovniku, prijedlogu ugovora i projektnoj dokumentaciji koji se nalaze u privitku i čine sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Projektom energetske obnove zgrade Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Grada Slavonskog Broda predviđeno je provođenje integralne energetske obnove koja će značajno doprinijeti manjom potrošnjom primarne energije, smanjenje godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje i štetnih emisija CO2. Provođenje mjera energetske obnove rezultirat će prelaskom objekta iz energetskog razreda F u razred C, uštedom godišnje primarne energije od 48%, uštedom godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje od 65% i smanjenjem emisije CO2 od 65%. Troškovnik je priložen kao zaseban dokument u nestandardiziranom obliku te je sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Jedinične cijene svake stavke Troškovnika i ukupna cijena moraju biti zaokružene na dvije decimale i izražene u EURIMA. Ponuditelj ne smije mijenjati opise predmeta nabave navedene u troškovniku kao niti dopisivati stupce niti na bilo koji način mijenjati sadržaj Troškovnika. Ponuđeni radovi moraju u cijelosti zadovoljiti sve tražene uvjete iz opisa predmeta nabave te iz detaljne specifikacije navedene u troškovniku i projektnoj dokumentaciji. Ponuditelj je dužan za sve stavke iz troškovnika dati jedinične cijene. Jedinične cijene navedene u troškovnicima bit će fiksne tijekom izvršavanja ugovora.
