Predmet nabave je računalna i komunikacijska oprema. S obzirom na to da je naručitelj obveznik središnje javne nabave, svu nabavu računalne i komunikacijske opreme čija je nabava u nadležnosti Središnjeg državnog ureda za središnju javnu nabavu (dalje: središnje tijelo za nabavu) naručitelj će nabavljati putem središnjeg tijela za nabavu. Predmet ovog dinamičkog sustava nabave je oprema čija nabava nije u nadležnosti središnjeg tijela za nabavu i oprema čija je nabava u nadležnosti središnjeg tijela za nabavu, a za koju središnje tijelo za nabavu nije provelo odgovarajući postupak javne nabave nakon isteka ranije zaključenih ugovora ili okvirnih sporazuma ili je zaključilo neobvezujući okvirni sporazum. Ova kategorija obuhvaća stolna računala, prijenosna računala, „sve u jednom“ (all-in-one) računala, tablet računala, radne stanice, računalne monitore i slično; Ova kategorija obuhvaća laserske pisače, tintne i termalne pisače, multifunkcijske pisače i skenere, POS pisače i slično; Ova kategorija obuhvaća središnje jedinice i Codec, video opremu, audio opremu, prikazne sustave, dodatnu i montažnu opremu i slično te usluge tehničke podrške za te uređaje odnosno opremu; Ova kategorija obuhvaća zaslone za videozid, procesore i kontrolere videozida, sustave za distribuciju signala, mehaničku opremu, kabelsku infrastrukturu i napajanja i slično te usluge tehničke podrške za te uređaje odnosno opremu; Ova kategorija obuhvaća nadzorne kamere, kamere za očitanje registarskih pločica, termalne kamere, snimače, rješenja za videoanalitiku, portafone, parkirne rampe, okretne barijere, protuprovalne sustave, sustave vatrodojave, uređaje za kontrolu pristupa i slično te usluge tehničke podrške za te uređaje odnosno opremu
