Predmet nabave su poštanske usluge koje obuhvaćaju svako postupanje s poštanskim pošiljkama od strane davatelja poštanskih usluga, odnosno prijam, usmjeravanje, prijenos i uručenje poštanskih pošiljaka u unutarnjem i međunarodnom prometu, a u svemu sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i ostalim traženim uvjetima u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi Obuhvaća usluge povezane s pismovnim pošiljkama, preporučenim pošiljkama, pošiljkama s označenom vrijednosti, paketima do 10 kg, te dopunskim poštanskim uslugama u unutarnjem i međunarodnom prometu.; Obuhvaća usluge povezane sa žurnim paketima, tiskanicama, izravnom poštom, pošiljkama s plaćenim odgovorom te dopunskim poštanskim uslugama u unutarnjem i međunarodnom prometu.
