SLUŽBENA ODJEĆA CPV oznaka i naziv: 18222000 - POSLOVNA ODJEĆA OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE: Predmet nabave je zimska i ljetna službena odjeća za radnike Zagrebačkog električnog tramvaja d.o.o. koji temeljem Pravilnika o službenoj odjeći pri obavljanju poslova i radnih zadataka obavezni su nositi službenu odjeću na radnim mjestima utvrđenim Pravilnikom o službenoj odjeći i zaštitarska uniforma koji temeljem Pravilnika ostvaruju pravo na nošenje zaštitarske uniforme. Predmet nabave određen je Troškovnicima - Grupa 1,2,3 , Propisnicima - Grupa 1,2,3 i Tehničkoj specifikaciji (TS) - Grupa 1,2,3 REZERVIRANI UGOVOR Članak 51. Zakona o javnoj nabavi rezervirani ugovori, Naručitelji mogu rezervirati pravo sudjelovanja u postupcima javne nabave kod: zaštitnih radionica, gospodarskih subjekata čiji je osnovni cilj društvena i profesionalna integracija osoba s invaliditetom gospodarskih subjekata čiji je osnovni cilj društvena i profesionalna integracija osoba u nepovoljnom položaju ili može odrediti za takve ugovore da se izvršavaju u kontekstu zaštićenih programa zapošljavanja. U slučaju rezerviranja prava na sudjelovanje ponuditelji moraju imati najmanje 51% zaposlenih osoba u tim radionicama, gospodarskim subjektima ili programima predstavljaju radnici koji su osobe s invaliditetom ili radnici u nepovoljnom položaju. Naručitelj mora u pozivu na nadmetanje naznačiti da se dodjeljuje rezervirani ugovor sukladno ovome članku. Gospodarski subjekti moraju dokazati Naručitelju da udovoljavaju uvjetima upisom u odgovarajući registar, potvrdom nadležnog tijela ili na drugi prikladan način. Iznimno, subjekti za koje je rezervirano pravo sudjelovanja u postupcima javne nabave mogu najviše 20% vrijednosti rezerviranog ugovora dati podugovarateljima koji ne ispunjavaju uvjete propisane istim stavkom.
