Predmet nabave je nabava niskih i visokih cipela radi potreba Naručitelja koji u tehnološkom procesu rada kao službenu obuću koristi predmetne niske i visoke cipele, sve sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama i količinama određenim u Tehničkim specifikacijama službene obuće, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Isporučena roba mora biti nova i nekorištena, te udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Naručitelj zadržava pravo da u svakom trenutku tijekom trajanja okvirnog sporazuma kao i tijekom trajanja jamstvenog roka, izvrši dodatna ispitivanja sukladnosti kvalitete robe s općim zahtjevima, odnosno sukladnosti kvalitete s Tehničkim specifikacijama iz Dokumentacije o nabavi, kod ovlaštenog tijela za kontrolu kvalitete.
