Description

Usluga najma osobnih automobila - ponovljeni postupak Opseg predmeta nabave određen je u Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Količina predmeta nabave navedena u Troškovniku je točna. Ponuditelj mora ponuditi cjelokupni opseg usluga koji se traži u nadmetanju. Ponude koje obuhvaćaju samo dio traženog opsega usluga neće se razmatrati. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi i izvršiti usluge sukladno svim tehničkim i drugim uvjetima koji su navedeni u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave (Tehničke specifikacije automobila) nalaze se u Prilogu 1. a. i 1.b. ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj je obvezan ponuditi cjelokupan predmet nabave za grupu za koju podnosi ponudu sukladno opisu predmeta nabave (Prilog 1. a. i 1.b. Tehničke specifikacije) i Troškovniku. Ponuda u kojoj nije ponuđen cjelokupan predmet nabave bit će odbijena. Ponuditelj je dužan u svojoj ponudi za svaku grupu predmeta nabave za koju podnosi ponudu dostaviti popunjen obrazac „Tehničke specifikacija automobila “ iz Priloga 1. a. i 1.b. ove dokumentacije kojim potvrđuje da je usluga koju nudi u skladu sa zahtjevima u pogledu opisa predmeta nabave i zahtjevima propisanima u tehničkim specifikacijama. Kako bi se ponuda smatrala valjanom s tehničke strane, ponuđeni automobil mora zadovoljiti sve traženo iz obrazaca „Tehničke specifikacije“ sadržanih u Prilogu 1. ove dokumentacije (po grupama predmeta nabave), odnosno ponuda mora uključivati sve stavke kako je traženo u Prilogu 1. a. i 1.b.
