Predmet nabave su papirni higijenski proizvodi i proizvodi za njegu bolesnika za potrebe KBC-a Osijek. Ponuđena roba mora u cijelosti zadovoljiti minimalne karakteristike opisane u tehničkoj specifikaciji troškovnika, odnosno ukoliko ponuditelj nudi drugi jednakovrijedan proizvod, isti treba minimalno imati karakteristike proizvoda na koji se Naručitelj pozvao u troškovniku ovog postupka javne nabave. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi robu sukladno iskazanim potrebama i zahtjevima u tehničkoj specifikaciji Dokumentacije. Okvirni sporazum o javnoj nabavi robe sklapa se s jednim gospodarskim subjektom za razdoblje od jedne (1) godine od dana potpisivanja obje ugovorne strane. Roba se isporučuje u Centralno skladište KBC-a Osijek u roku od maksimalno 48 (četrdeset osam) sati od trenutka primitka narudžbenice (elektroničkim putem ili poštom...). Na temelju sklopljenog Okvirnog sporazuma, ponuditelj će isporučivati robu sukcesivno, sukladno stvarnim potrebama Naručitelja iskazanim u narudžbenicama. Naručitelj nije dužan tijekom godine naručiti sve količine predviđene u ponudbenom Troškovniku. Okvirni sporazum nije obvezujući. Obveza nastaje izdavanjem svake pojedine narudžbenice, a sve sukladno osiguranim financijskim sredstvima zdravstvene ustanove. Ubrusi za pranje i njegu bolesnika namijenjeni održavanju osobne higijene bolesnika.; Predmet nabave obuhvaća papirne proizvode za osobnu higijenu i održavanje higijene prostora, uključujući toaletni papir, salvete, složive ručnike, medicinske plahte i prekrivače u roli te ubruse za brisanje površina.
