Predmet nabave je medicinska oprema za ortopediju za potrebe Klinike za ortopediju i traumatologiju KBC-a Osijek i to Artroskopski stup, Ortopedska pila i C-luk uključujući isporuku opreme, instalaciju i puštanje u punu funkciju rada opreme, redovno održavanje i servisiranje opreme tijekom jamstvenog perioda u trajanju minimalno 24 (dvadeset četiri) mjeseca te edukacija osoblja naručitelja u trajanju od 1 (jednog) radnog dana. Opis predmeta nabave potpuno je utvrđen u troškovniku kao sastavnom dijelu Dokumentacije o nabavi te su u njemu detaljno opisane minimalne karakteristike traženog predmeta nabave. Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno zahtjevima i potrebama Naručitelja opisanih u troškovniku predmeta nabave te svim ostalim uvjetima i zahtjevima navedenima u ovoj Dokumentaciji. Ponuditelj čija ponuda bude odabrana kao ekonomski najpovoljnija dužan je isporučiti i instalirati medicinski uređaj u roku do najviše 60 (šezdeset) dana od dana obostranog potpisanog Ugovora. Rok za potpuno ispunjenje svih ugovornih obveza (kompletno servisiranje i održavanje sa svim rezervnim dijelovima opreme za rad u punoj funkciji) traje do isteka ugovorenog jamstvenog roka u trajanju od minimalno 2 (dvije) godine. Predmet nabave je medicinska oprema za ortopediju za potrebe Klinike za ortopediju i traumatologiju KBC-a Osijek.
