Description

Nabava vatrogasnih majica za gašenje šumskih požara u okviru projekta "Jačanje kapaciteta za protupožarnu zaštitu na brdsko-planinskim i potpomognutim područjima" sukladnih tehničkim specifikacijama. Predmet nabave nije namjenjen korištenju od strane fizičkih osoba te na predmetnabave nisu primjenjivi obavezni zahtjevi dostupnosti za osobe s invaliditetom te nisuprimjenjive odredbe sukladno čl. 208. st. 2. ZJN 2016. Majice koja su ovdje predmet nabave su namjenjene isključivo vatrogascima. Pravilnik o poslovima s posebnim uvjetima rada (NN 5/84) određuje da je posao vatrogasca posao s posebnim ovlastima i posebnim uvjetima zaobavljanje tih poslova, te u točki 14. pod a) točka 4. zdravstveno stanje propisuje: - zahtjeve: uredan sluh, uredan vid na daljinu, dubinski vid, raspoznavanje osnovnih boja, uredno vidno polje, uredan osjet za ravnotežu, uredna funkcija respiratornog i kardiovaskularnog sustava, uredan integritet gornjih i donjih ekstremiteta i kralježnice, - kontraindikacije: psihoze, teži oblici neuroze, epilepsija, bolesti sa sklonišću nesvjestici, alkoholizam i druge ovisnosti a pod točka 5. psihička sposobnost propisuje: - zahtjeve: sezomotorna koordinacija, spretnost ruke i šake, opća intelektualna razvijenost iznad donje granice prosijeka, emocionalna stabilnost, socijalna prilagođenost iznad gornje granice prosjeka - kontraindikacije: izrazita anksioznost i agresivnost. Također zakonodavni okvir je Zakon o vatrogastvu NN 125/19 koji u članku 41. propisuje zdravstvene uvjete za dobrovoljne vatrogasce, a u članku 51. za zdravstvene uvjete za profesionalane vatrogasce, koji su zapravo jednaki, te su opisani u gore navedenom Pravilniku.
