Predmet nabave su radovi koji obuhvaćaju nastavak izgradnje novog dječjeg vrtića u Popovači, kako je definirano tehničkom dokumentacijom: Troškovnikom i Projektnom dokumentacijom. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u tehničkom opisu Glavnog projekta koji je priložen kao sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Radovi su djelomično izvedeni iz razloga što je ugovor s prethodnim izvođačem radova raskinut. Izvođenje radova započelo je u rujnu 2025. godine te je trajalo do siječnja 2026. godine. U navedenom razdoblju izveden je dio građevinskih radova (kompletno izvedene temeljne trake; izbetoniran je dio AB podne ploče, na drugom dijelu postavljena armatura; na jednom dijelu montirana armatura zidova i stupova), dio elektroinstalaterskih radova (uzemljenje) i dio radova na instalacijama vodovoda i kanalizacije (vodomjerno okno, temeljna kanalizacija).
