Description

Predmet nabave je izgradnja UPOV-a Granje kapaciteta 350 ES i spojnog kanala u dužini od 58 m od cijevi PVC DN 315 SN 8 i PVC DN 200 SN 8. Pročišćavanje otpadnih voda vršit će se putem tipskog uređaja kapaciteta 350 ES drugog stupnja pročišćavanja, pročišćavanje aktivnim muljem uz produženu aeraciju i istovremenu stabilizaciju mulja, konvencionalna tehnologija bez primarnog mulja s centralno smještenom sekundarnom taložnicom. Projektirani uređaj se sastoji od ulaznog kanala s pužnim sitom i mjeračem protoka, bioaeracijskog bazena sa sekundarnim taložnikom i sustavom za aeraciju izlaznog kontrolnog okna, silosa za višak mulja i strojarnicom s kompresorskom stanicom i nadzorno-upravljačkim centrom. Nakon završetka građevinskih, strojarskih i elektrotehničkih radova, ispitivanje, puštanje u rad predviđen je probni rad u trajanju od dva mjesec tijekom kojega će se izvršiti obuka osoblja Naručitelja. Za rad uređaja nije potrebna stalna posada, a nadzor i upravljanje se vrši daljinski sa centralnog uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda grada Požege (CUPOV).
