Na parceli se već nalazi osnovnoškolska građevina za koju je izdana uporabna dozvola. Sveukupne tlocrtne dimenzije rekonstruirane škole su 57,75x155.93 m. Građevina se nalazi u zaštićenoj kulturno-povijesnoj cjelini te će se za vrijeme trajanja radova osigurati arheološki nadzor. Na građevinskoj čestici se nalazi postojeća građevina koja se rekonstruira, tj. dograđuje kao zasebna, neovisna cjelina. Predmet nabave uključuje građevinske radove (zemljani, betonski, zidarski), obrtničke radove (izolaterski, fasaderski, soboslikarski, keramičarski, stolarski itd.), radovi vodovoda, kanalizacije i hidrantske mreže, strojarske i elektrotehničke radove, radove na instalaciji fotonaponske elektrane, radove na vatrodojavi i uređenju okoliša.
