Description

Predmet nabave je projektiranje, građenje i održavanje sunčane elektrane Sašnak. Isto podrazumijeva puštanje u rad i priključenje na mrežu sunčane elektrane po principu „ključ u ruke“ te održavanje sunčane elektrane tijekom perioda 5 godina od dana puštanja u rad. Predmetna nabava obuhvaća izvođenje svih radova, isporuku i ugradnju svih materijala i opreme potrebnih za izgradnju sunčane elektrane kao cjelovitog i funkcionalnog objekta, s ishođenjem dozvole za trajni pogon, uključujući i svu opremu potrebnu za zaštitu radova i instalacija, kao i podmirivanje svih troškova testiranja, pokusnog/probnog rada Elektrane, sve sukladno Minimalnim tehničkim karakteristikama sunčanih elektrana (Prilog III), Projektu (Prilog IV) i Ponudi za priključenje HEP ODS-a (Prilog V) te Elektroenergetskoj suglasnosti za priključenje građevine na distribucijsku elektroenergetsku mrežu (EES) (Prilog VI). Ponuda također obuhvaća i održavanje sunčane elektrane tijekom 5 godina od dana ishođenja potvrde za trajni pogon skladu s Ugovorom i Minimalnim tehničkim karakteristikama sunčanih elektrana (Prilog III). Namjena građevine je proizvodnja električne energije za vlastite potrebe, s predajom viška električne energije HEP ODS-u u elektroenergetsku mrežu. Očekivana godišnja proizvodnja električne energije je oko 9 GWh. Nazivna snaga elektrane je 7 MW. Predmet nabave uključuje i izgradnju lokalnog SCADA sustava koji se mora povezati na centralni SCADA sustav te kojim će se pratiti proizvodnja i rad ove elektrane prema idejnom projektu i Minimalnim tehničkim karakteristikama sunčanih elektrana.
