Predmet nabave je izgradnja građevine javne i društvene namjene- Centra za starije osobe na građevnim česticama k.č.br. 711,720 k.o. Đurđevac I., odnosno na novoformiranoj k.č.br. 711 k.o. Đurđevac I nastalo spajanjem navedenih čestica, a sve sukladno projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji, Građevinskoj dozvoli KLASA: UP/I-361-03/23-01/000052, URBROJ: 2137-05/101-23-0020 od 08.03.2023. izdane od Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje, gradnju, zaštitu okoliša i zaštitu prirode Koprivničko-križevačke županije, izdvojeno mjesto rada u Đurđevcu, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Nabava se provodi za potrebe projekta „Izgradnja i opremanje Centra za starije osobe Đurđevac“ (NPOO.C4.3.R3-I4.01.0004), naziv poziva: Izgradnja i opremanje centara za starije osobe, broj poziva C4.3.R3-I4.01. Predmet nabave opisan je u dokumentima koji čine sastavni dio ove dokumentacije o nabavi: - Troškovnik - Projektno-tehnička dokumentacija Predmet nabave je izgradnja građevine javne i društvene namjene- Centra za starije osobe na građevnim česticama k.č.br. 711,720 k.o. Đurđevac I., odnosno na novoformiranoj k.č.br. 711 k.o. Đurđevac I nastalo spajanjem navedenih čestica.
