Description

Nabava potrošnog građevinskog i srodnih materijala za potrebe pogona HEP-Proizvodnje d.o.o. Tehnički opis predmeta nabave je sastavni dio Troškovnika, odnosno Troškovnik sadrži tehnički opis robe te se dostavlja ponuditeljima kao sastavni dio DON-a. Naručitelj može pregovarati oko tehničkog opisa robe do zaključenja pregovora te može izmijeniti stavke troškovnika do trenutka otvaranja konačnih ponuda. O svim izmjenama tehničkog opisa ili stavki troškovnika Naručitelj je obvezan u pisanom obliku istodobno obavijestiti sve ponuditelje. Ponuditelj je dužan, na zahtjev naručitelja u postupku pregleda i ocjene ponuda, dostaviti dokumente (npr. tehnička dokumentacija i/ili brošura i/ili katalog i/ili izvadak iz kataloga proizvođača ili relevantne treće strane) kojima dokazuje sukladnost ponuđene robe sa zahtjevima u pogledu tehničkog opisa stavki navedenog u troškovniku. Prilikom dostave, potrebno je na istima označiti točan redni broj stavke ili naziv iz troškovnika.
